Walking Through the Wilderness: Finding Purpose on an Empty Road

  • 18 Steps

About

In this course, we will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery as we explore the metaphorical empty road of life. Led by Jason Pollick, a registered social worker and psychotherapist with personal experience as a recovering addict and someone living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, this course offers a unique perspective on finding purpose and meaning in the face of adversity. Through a combination of individual, couples, and group counseling, as well as consultation services, conferences, and keynote speaking engagements, Jason will guide participants in understanding their own personal struggles and how to navigate the challenges of life's empty roads. Whether you are a civil servant, helping professional, laborer, or business owner, this course is designed to meet your specific needs and provide you with the tools and strategies to build a stronger foundation for personal growth and success. By the end of this course, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of themselves, developed coping mechanisms for managing mental health challenges, and discovered a renewed sense of purpose and direction on their own empty road.
