ADHD

Many adults with ADHD struggle with more than just attention and focus. Challenges with time management, emotional regulation, organization, impulsivity, and self-esteem can affect work, relationships, and daily life.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps individuals better understand the patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be reinforcing these difficulties.

In ADHD treatment, CBT focuses on building concrete skills and strategies to improve focus, reduce overwhelm, manage procrastination, and strengthen emotional regulation. Therapy may also address the frustration, shame, or self-criticism that often develops after years of feeling misunderstood or “behind.”

As someone who personally lives with ADHD, I understand both the challenges and strengths that can come with it.

My approach combines professional experience with lived understanding, creating a supportive and practical space where clients can develop strategies that work in real life—not just in theory.
